We're looking for a results-driven Sales Project Manager who is first and foremost an exceptional sales closer. This role combines strategic sales management with hands-on selling. You'll own the sales pipeline, lead prospects through the sales process, close deals, and help improve the systems that drive long-term growth.

What We're Looking For
3–5 years of proven B2B sales or high-ticket closing experience.
A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent negotiation, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Highly self-motivated with the discipline to succeed in a remote environment.
Comfortable working toward ambitious revenue goals.
Reliable high-speed internet and a professional home office setup.

What You'll Do
Close New Business
Manage qualified leads and guide prospects through the entire sales process.
Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and follow-up meetings.
Handle negotiations, overcome objections, and confidently close deals.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Own the Sales Pipeline
Manage opportunities from initial contact through signed agreement.
Maintain an organized CRM with accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Prioritize high-value opportunities and ensure no qualified lead goes cold.
Build Strong Client Relationships
Develop trust with prospective clients by understanding their business needs.
Present tailored solutions that deliver real value.
Maintain a consultative sales approach while driving opportunities toward a close.
Improve Sales Performance
Identify ways to improve conversion rates and shorten the sales cycle.
Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies and messaging.
Help develop scalable sales processes and best practices.

Share market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence.
