We specialize in high-end décor products and professional interior styling services tailored to meet the needs of modern clients who value quality, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
We are currently seeking a results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to support business growth and increase brand visibility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting potential clients, promoting our offerings, and converting leads into loyal customers. This role requires a proactive individual who is confident in engaging clients both online and offline while delivering a high-quality customer experience.
The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and driving sales across our décor products and interior services. You will be expected to actively promote the brand through various channels, respond to client inquiries professionally, and maintain consistent follow-up to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
In addition, you will build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requests and maintain the brand’s standard of excellence.
This role also involves contributing to marketing efforts by supporting content creation and promotional activities that enhance brand awareness. A good understanding of customer behavior, sales strategy, and basic digital marketing will be beneficial in achieving success in this role.
The ideal candidate is target-driven, well-organized, and passionate about sales. Experience in interior décor, real estate, or luxury retail will be an added advantage. Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet sales targets and work independently
Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
Good presentation and client engagement skills
Interest in interior décor or design is an advantage
Must be based in Lagos or willing to work in Lagos
Generate leads and convert them into paying clients
Actively promote the company’s products and services
Manage customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Create and support engaging content for marketing purposes
Follow up consistently with prospects and existing customers
Assist with showroom visits and client consultations
Identify and develop new business opportunities
