We are looking for driven, well-connected Corporate Sales & Partnerships Partners to help scale Lane—a premier booking platform for flights, hotels, shortlet apartments, car rentals, and seamless airport pickup/drop-off services.
While Lane serves individual travelers, our primary growth engine is securing corporate business accounts.
In this role, your core mission will be to pitch Lane as the official travel, mobility, and logistics partner for businesses, startups, agencies, and enterprises. You will help companies streamline their employee travel, business trips, and executive logistics while generating recurring revenue for yourself.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Certifications (Bonus): Certifications in professional sales (e.g., Sandler, MEDDPICC), digital marketing, corporate travel management, or business negotiation are a strong plus.
Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate account management, business development, or corporate travel/hospitality sales.
Corporate Network: An existing professional network of business owners, HR executives, operations managers, or corporate decision-makers is a major asset.
Pitching & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional presentation, communication, and contract negotiation skills tailored to corporate clients.
Commercial Awareness: A solid understanding of corporate expenses, employee travel policies, and business logistics.
Self-Motivated & Independent: An entrepreneurial "hunter" mentality with the discipline to manage your own pipeline and close deals.
Corporate Prospecting: Identify and target mid-sized to enterprise-level companies, HR leaders, administrative directors, and travel managers who regularly handle corporate travel and logistics.
B2B Pitching: Present Lane’s corporate packages, demonstrating how our platform saves companies time and money on flights, hotels, shortlets, and airport transfers.
Account Acquisition: Close corporate partnership agreements, on-boarding businesses to the Lane ecosystem as active corporate accounts.
Relationship Building: Maintain ongoing relationships with key decision-makers at your client companies to ensure high utiliSation and recurring booking volume.
Market Feedback: Relay corporate client needs and feedback to the Lane team to help optimise our business travel features.
High-Value Commission Structure: Earn a generous cut of the profit on every single booking and trip made by the corporate accounts you bring in (recurring revenue potential!).
Complete Flexibility: Set your own hours, work from anywhere, and manage your pipeline on your terms.
Corporate Sales Collateral: Full access to pitch decks, corporate account benefit sheets, product walkthroughs, and promotional materials.
