We are looking for a highly motivated and performance-driven Marketing/Sales Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives while actively driving sales to support the company’s revenue goals. You will play a key role in increasing brand visibility, attracting potential clients, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with the ability to identify market opportunities, understand customer needs, and position the company’s products or services effectively. You will be expected to manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals, while also contributing to marketing campaigns that enhance engagement and awareness across multiple channels.
As a Marketing/Sales Specialist, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impact. You will also monitor industry trends, evaluate competitor activities, and adjust strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Business, or related field
1–3 years experience in sales/marketing (real estate experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Ability to make consistent outbound calls to leads and follow up effectively
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Familiarity with social media and basic digital marketing
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision
