For Graduates: A minimum of a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) or Upper Credit (HND) in a relevant discipline. Completion of NYSC is mandatory.
For Experienced Hires: 3–10 years of relevant industry experience with a proven track record of technical or leadership excellence.
