Smithson Streetwear is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated students to join our team as Campus Brand Ambassadors across tertiary institutions in Nigeria.
As a growing Nigerian fashion brand, we are passionate about streetwear, self-expression, and connecting with young people. We are looking for individuals who can help introduce our products to their campus communities, build customer relationships, and grow brand awareness.
This is a flexible, part-time, commission-based opportunity that allows you to earn while studying. Your responsibilities will include promoting our products, connecting interested customers with the brand, collecting orders, and organizing group purchases within your campus community.
No previous work experience is required. We value good communication, creativity, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Requirements
- Must be a student at a university, polytechnic, college of education, or another tertiary institution in Nigeria, or have strong access to a campus community.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active on social media platforms.
- Interest in fashion, sales, marketing, or brand promotion.
- Ability to connect with potential customers and promote products confidently.
- Willingness to collect customer orders and coordinate group purchases.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate customer orders accurately and maintain basic sales records.
- Willingness to learn and represent Smithson Streetwear professionally.
Previous sales or marketing experience is an advantage, but it is not compulsory.

Responsibilities
- Promote Smithson Streetwear products within your campus community and across social media platforms.
- Share approved product pictures, videos, prices, and promotional materials with potential customers.
- Identify and connect with students interested in purchasing our products.
- Collect customer orders and ensure accurate details, including sizes, colours, and quantities.
- Organize group purchases among classmates, departments, faculties, hostels, and student organizations.
- Communicate product information, pricing, and delivery details accurately.
- Direct customers to Smithson Streetwear's official ordering and payment channels.
- Maintain records of customers, orders, and sales generated.
- Provide feedback on customer interests, product demand, and promotional opportunities.
- Represent Smithson Streetwear professionally and help build positive relationships with customers.
- Follow the brand's guidelines and obtain approval before offering discounts or making special promises to customers.
