Your Core Objectives
Pipeline Conversion: Take ownership of incoming leads and execute precision outbound calling and follow-up sequences to lock in commitments.
Consultative Discovery: Cut through the noise quickly, diagnose customer needs, and establish instant authority and trust.
Frictionless Closing: Guide buyers seamlessly past hesitation, turning skepticism into signed-and-sealed agreements.
CRM Precision: Keep a meticulous ledger of your daily deal stages, outreach volume, and key customer notes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Elite Communication Skills: Flawless spoken and written English, paired with a commanding, articulate, and magnetic phone presence.
Proven Sales DNA: Demonstrated experience in phone-based closing, high-stakes consumer sales, or fast-cycle conversion environments.
Unshakable Accountability: High emotional intelligence, internal drive, and a track record of beating performance quotas.
