We’re looking for a Senior Sales Representative who is confident in leading sales conversations from first contact to close of contract, through close and motivated skills with measurable results. Your mission is straightforward: Build relationships. Create value. Close sales. Deliver results. You will be responsible for generating and converting sales opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline, following up consistently, and guiding prospective customers towards a buying decision. You’ll have significant ownership over your sales activities, opportunities, and results.
What You’ll Do To Drive Revenue & Close Sales:
-Communicate directly with prospective and existing customers through phone, video meetings, email, and other appropriate channels.
-Build rapport and establish trust with prospects and customers.
- Ask insightful questions to understand customer needs, goals, challenges, and priorities.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities.
- Present products, services, and solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Tailor your sales approach to each customer and clearly communicate pricing, features, benefits, and value.
- Answer questions and address concerns with confidence.

- Negotiate when appropriate and work toward successful outcomes.
- Maintain consistent and strategic follow-up.
-Recognize buying signals and confidently ask for the sale.

Who We’re Looking For
This is an experienced Sales Representative position. We’re looking for someone who has already demonstrated the ability to turn conversations and opportunities into revenue.
Your previous sales experience can come from virtually any industry or sales environment.
We care less about your job title and more about your ability to:
Sell, Communicate, Build trust, Handle objections, Close deals and Deliver results.
Required Experience 2+ years of professional sales experience Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales targets or quotas. Experience managing prospects or customers through the sales process. Proven ability to close deals valued at $5,000+ USD, or the equivalent in your market. Strong sales communication, relationship-building skills, Experience conducting sales calls, presentations, and consultations. Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities Confidence asking for the sale and closing business, Demonstrated ownership and accountability for sales performance.
Fluent Professional English — Required Fluent professional English, is essential for this role. You must be comfortable conducting complete sales conversations in English, both verbally and in writing. You should be able to:
- Conduct sales calls and video meetings confidently in English.
-Clearly explain products, services, pricing, features, benefits, and value.
-Understand customer questions and respond naturally.
-Handle objections professionally Negotiate effectively Write clear, professional emails and follow-up communications.
-Build rapport and establish trust with English-speaking customers.
If you are not comfortable conducting professional sales conversations entirely, in English, this position will not be a fit.
Compensation & Earning Potential Base Salary: $22,000–$24,400 USD-per year. There is no cap on commission. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, sales volume, deal size, opportunity flow, customer demand, and other business factors.
Quarterly Performance Bonuses: Additional incentives for exceeding performance objectives High-Performance Earning Potential: $34,000–$54,000+ in total annual earnings. Your earning potential grows with your sales performance.
