Job Summary
Hausstrom is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead one of our key branches in Nigeria. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large branch operations, driving sales growth, and ensuring operational excellence. Candidates with prior work experience in Nigeria will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the overall branch operations, ensuring achievement of business objectives.
Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
Manage branch profitability, budgets, and operational performance.
Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team to achieve sales and operational targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor inventory, stock movement, and branch compliance with company policies.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Prepare and present periodic sales and operational performance reports to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory requirements, and operational standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
8–15 years of experience in branch management, sales, and operations.
Prior experience managing a large branch or multi-functional business unit is essential.
Nigeria work experience will be preferred.
Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent sales, business development, and negotiation capabilities.
Sound understanding of branch operations, inventory management, and financial controls.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Candidate:
Male candidate preferred.
Experience in the electrical, consumer electronics, home appliances, building materials, or similar distribution industry will be an added advantage.
