The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the company’s incoming and outgoing financial transactions, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the finance function.The role will involve processing supplier invoices, verifying payment requests, preparing payment documentation, and ensuring that outstanding payables are properly monitored and settled within agreed timelines. The successful candidate will also maintain accurate records of supplier accounts, reconcile payable balances, and follow up on any discrepancies or outstanding issues that may arise during the payment process.On the receivables side, the Accountant will be responsible for monitoring customer accounts, raising and processing invoices, tracking outstanding payments, and following up with customers where necessary to ensure timely collections.
